Various instructions on banning.

As we have informed you several times, we have banned many farming teams.

All evidence is based on accounts connected to farming teams and records of farming only, and in particular, we tracked the main account selling gold and gems and blocked all related accounts.

We will not answer any inquiries about this.

Also, all accounts are suspended the moment a PayPal issue occurs. We do not force usage fees, and if you request a refund for an item you have already purchased, we will ban all related accounts.

There may be unfair cases. We have followed the rules because we only banned accounts that were even slightly related.
